The site looks fine and sells nothing
Traffic arrives, reads a page and leaves. Nothing is technically broken, so nobody can say what to fix, and the inquiry line stays quiet month after month.

Every engagement is scoped and fixed before work begins. You know the investment, the deliverables, and the timeline, day one.
Most people do not go looking for an agency because they want a new website. They go looking because one of these four has been true for months. If you recognize yourself here, the price is worth discussing.
Traffic arrives, reads a page and leaves. Nothing is technically broken, so nobody can say what to fix, and the inquiry line stays quiet month after month.
You rank below competitors with a worse product, you are absent from the answers AI assistants give, and the only visitors you get are the ones you paid for.
Quotes, follow-ups, invoices and reports are done by hand. Every new client adds hours nobody has, and the work that grows the business waits behind the work that keeps it running.
The designer, the developer, the ads agency and the person who writes the emails have never spoken. Each blames the others, and you carry the cost of translating between them.
A new website is not the goal. The goal is more of the right inquiries, at a cost that makes sense. If a cheaper change gets you there, we will tell you that on the call and quote you for the cheaper change.

Every project is fully scoped and priced before a single line of work is produced. The number you agree to is the number you pay.
Every deliverable is produced in-house by our Baltimore-based team. No offshore handoffs, no third-party white-labeling.
Pay in two or three stages tied to real project milestones, not arbitrary calendar dates. You stay in control of every dollar.
Not sure which tier fits? Book a call. We'll scope it with you on the call, no pitch deck, no pressure, no obligation.

We do not push every project through one arrangement. This is how we decide which to propose, and we will say in writing which one your quote uses before you sign anything.
How almost every GridPoint project is priced.
When and why. We scope the work in writing first, then quote one number. The number you agree is the number you pay, whatever the work turns out to take at our end.
Best for
For larger builds.
When and why. The same fixed fee, released in two or three stages tied to real progress: kick-off, mid-point and delivery. Your money follows the work rather than the calendar.
Best for
After the build, if you want us to keep going.
When and why. A flat monthly fee scoped to one outcome, not to a number of hours. Retainers start at $2,500 a month and either side can end them.
Best for
When one model does not fit the whole job.
When and why. Large programs rarely suit a single arrangement. We commonly fix the price of the build, then move to a retainer for the running of it, and say which is which in the proposal.

Every agency says it is good. Saying it costs nothing, which is why nobody believes it. These four cost us something if we are wrong, and they are in the proposal before you pay anything.
The fee is fixed in writing before a line of work is produced, and the proposal lists what is included and what is not. Anything outside that list is priced separately, and you decide.
You see the work in progress and you approve it before anything goes live. Nothing gets finished and wired in until you have looked at it and said yes.
The files, the accounts and the notes are handed over. Staying with us afterward is a choice, not a condition.
Every project includes at least 30 days of support after delivery, so launch day is not the day we stop answering.
These are not marketing lines. They are what our contract says, which is the only version that counts.
Book a free callThese are the three complaints we hear most often about the last agency. Naming them is easy; what matters is what the contract says.
A tempting number wins the job, then the invoices grow. Work that any reasonable person would call part of the project turns out to sit just outside it.
The fee is fixed before a line of work is produced, and the proposal lists what is included and what is not. If you later want something outside that list, we price it separately and you decide.
The one thing you need is bundled with four you do not, because the package is easier for the agency to sell than a scope is to write.
Optimize exists precisely for one high-impact job. If a single landing page and a tracking setup is genuinely what you need, that is what we quote you for.
Accounts sit in the agency name, files never arrive, and leaving means rebuilding. The relationship continues because ending it is expensive.
